My work is rooted in one idea:
your body is not just where you move…
it’s where you feel, process and heal
Movement has been my language since I was 12 years old
when I began my training at the National School of Dance in Panama. I later earned my degree in Dance,
I am a licensed psychologist, with over 1,800 hours of experience in psychological first aid and psychosocial interventions
My therapeutic approach is based on third-wave psychology
— focused on awareness, acceptance and connection
where I experienced a traditional and embodied practice
that continues to shape how I move, live and teach.
Today, my work brings all of this together, creating a space where healing doesn’t just happen in the mind…
but through the body
